Week 1: Introduction & Grounding

  • Learn the basics of pregnancy yoga, safe modifications, and grounding techniques. Start your journey with intention.

Week 2: Strength & Stability

  • Build leg and core strength with standing poses, preparing your body for the changes of pregnancy and childbirth.

Week 3: Hip Openers & Pelvic Floor Awareness

  • Focus on hip-opening poses and pelvic floor exercises to support a smooth pregnancy and easier labor.

Week 4: Heart Opening & Breath Expansion

  • Experience heart-opening poses and breathing exercises, promoting relaxation and emotional well-being.

Week 5: Relaxation & Stress Relief

  • Engage in calming poses and guided meditation to release tension and encourage deep relaxation.

Week 6: Preparing for Birth & Closing Ceremony

  • Learn poses and techniques for labor, and celebrate the course completion with a special closing ceremony.
