Menopause is a natural and significant transition in a woman's life, often accompanied by various physical and emotional changes. It can be challenging but the right support can help you navigate this natural transition. Our MenoYoga workshop is here to help!

What Is MenoYoga?

MenoYoga is a specially designed yoga practice tailored for women in the perimenopausal, menopausal, and post-menopausal stages. This two-hour workshop offers a gentle, supportive environment where you can practice yoga, relax, and learn more about menopause.

What To Expect:

Yoga Practice (Asana): We'll guide you through a series of postures chosen to help cool the body and support bone health.
Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep): End the session with a deeply restorative practice to nourish your mind and body.
Meet Your Instructor: Georgie

Georgie is a passionate advocate for supporting women through menopause. She completed her 60-hour MenoYoga teacher training with Sally Parkes in 2024. As someone experiencing perimenopause herself, Georgie understands the challenges of symptoms like anxiety, fatigue, and joint pain. She’s excited to share her knowledge and personal experiences to help you manage your symptoms and feel your best.

Who Should Join?

This workshop is open to all women experiencing menopausal symptoms. No prior yoga experience is needed. If you're curious about menopause and want to learn more, you're also very welcome to join us.
