With over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, backed by a BSc Hons in Pharmacology, Shaz’s understanding of health goes beyond the physical—she integrates her deep knowledge of therapeutic areas into a holistic wellness approach. From pharmacology to fitness, Shaz’s diverse background is a testament to her belief in the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
Shaz’s love for movement began early, as a former competitive trampolinist. This athletic foundation shaped her lifelong dedication to fitness, and it’s one of the reasons she approaches wellness with such enthusiasm and a particular passion for women’s health. Her career evolution into yoga, Pilates, and holistic health was a natural transition, allowing her to blend her love for physical fitness with mental and emotional well-being.
With certifications spanning yoga, Pilates, personal training, health coaching, and even trampoline and gymnastics coaching, Shaz’s toolkit is as vast as her energy. Known for her bright smile and infectious positivity, Shaz is all about helping others find joy in their journey—whether through movement, mindfulness, or a good laugh in class.

Whether she's guiding you through a Hot Yoga flow or encouraging you to reach new heights in a Rocket Yoga class, Shaz ensures her sessions are a celebration of what the body can do.
Her teaching style is infused with a fiery, uplifting energy, designed to challenge you physically while creating a space where mental clarity and emotional release can flourish. With over 500 hours of RYT certification, including specialisations in Hot Yoga and Rocket Yoga, Shaz provides expert guidance in helping her students grow stronger, more flexible, and more confident—both on and off the mat.
In addition to yoga, Shaz’s Pilates classes, particularly reformer Pilates, focus on building core strength and mobility. She’s known for adding a playful twist to her sessions, whether it’s introducing fun handstand practices or simply ensuring there’s room for a giggle or two.
