With 5 different areas running throughout the day, you can move freely between sessions and create your own experience
Start your day slowly or dive straight into movement.
Join an energising Vinyasa Flow, wake up your body with Pilates Sculpt, or explore Strength & Mobility sessions designed to build heat and focus.
Grab a coffee, take a moment to settle in, and wander through the lavender fields before your next class.
This is your time to arrive, reset and step into the day.
As the day builds, explore something new.
Try a Slow Flow, join a breathwork or movement workshop, or attend a wellbeing talk to shift your perspective and learn something different.
Families can enjoy kids yoga sessions, while others can take a break, sit in the sun and connect with friends.
Refuel with fresh food and drinks, wander through the fields, and soak in the atmosphere around you.
As the afternoon softens, the pace shifts.
Unwind with Yin Yoga, settle into a Sound Bath, or join a guided relaxation session to help your body fully let go.
Take a final walk through the lavender, stretch out in the sun, or simply pause and take it all in.
This is your time to slow down, reflect and leave feeling recharged.
