Why Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is the perfect balance to more dynamic yoga practices. It provides the opportunity to slow down, connect with your body, and restore energy in a way that supports long-term health. Yin focuses on stretching and stimulating the connective tissues and joints, helping to increase flexibility and mobility.

By holding postures for extended periods, Yin Yoga allows for deep release in the body and has a profound calming effect on the nervous system. This makes it an ideal practice for students dealing with stress or those looking to deepen their yoga practice.

Who Is This Training For?

This 50-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training is ideal for yoga teachers (200-hour qualified) who want to integrate Yin Yoga into their classes, as well as practitioners looking to deepen their understanding of Yin Yoga.

*No prior teaching experience is required—this training is open to all yoga students. Please note that this training does not qualify you to teach Yin Yoga unless you already hold a 200-hour yoga teacher certification.

  • Comprehensive Teaching Assessment: You will plan and deliver a 60-minute Yin Yoga class, demonstrating your ability to sequence, use props, and hold space for your students.
